    Full lenght sizing new brass?

    Hi team

    Just wanted to ask when you get a new brass and doing a load development.
    Do you size your new brass and use this size as a standart or do you shoot a new brass to fire form it and then just bumb the shoulder by 3 to 1 though and use this size as standart?
