In the past Lapua have never made belted magnum cases, years ago they "made" or supplied the 300 WM for a short time, boundless theories were around then, most commonly that Norma supplied it

Traditionally Lapua made mainly Military & European cartridges, now Lapua supply 300WM again possibly with encouragement from Nammo USA, along with other popular US cartridges

The newer Lapua PRC offerings have a different looking head stamp & the brass appears different after firing, I have a heap of Lapua brass in stock

Of course I may be way off with my assumptions
