General load for 6.5 creedmoor in my Kimber Adirondack?

Hi I have the above rifle and its great i currently shoot 120g Supperformance and its really flat shooting tack driver. I am now going to use this as a bit of everything rifle and have put a Leupold vx3i CDS so now flat shooting doesnt worry as much, i had heard that these rifels dont like heavy loads? not sure if true? I was wanting a good general round but didnt want to waste a ton of time trying to find a load as such as getting to a range etc. i have a long range rifel and are going to get a 308 for the bush so this will be my handy rifle.

Rather than buying a 308 as well just load up a 130gr hpbt sierra gameking/129 hornady interlock and you can shoot stuff in the bush too? A dose of 2208 behind them will see them boogey

If you load 147 or 143 you won't need a .308 or a long range rifle.

I thought the whole idea of the creedmoor was fast twist barrel, shorter case for the longer heavier bullets.

I use Hodgdon Hybrid 100V with 140g pills for amazing accuracy and velocity.

Yep, and that's why most 6.5CM rifles do well with 130 - 150gr projectiles.

Hornady used to put the load data on the box for their match loads, why not try that?

Sierra new 130gn Gamechanger pills or just use 143gn ELD-x (CM was effectively designed around these) or Hornady 129gnSP for cheap and cheerful, finally nosler 129gn LRAB (can be a bit fussy to tune a load but very good killers)

I've been getting great results accuracy and terminal velocity with the 130 game changer pil in my 24" Begara B14hmr.

I went with 42.1 gr of 2209 in the end with federal match sp, Peterson Brass as this was the most accurate initial grouping without the start of scuffing from the ejector. (which started around 43gn)

Although they've been bang flops this season 1x fallow and 1 red hind with neck shots (356yds downhill at 20% and one downhill similar angle at 150) even the goats showed some pretty good terminal results with engine room shots - so she seems to be expanding fine..

    My initial result..

@Codfish this is what I run in my Adirondack
    140gr interlocks,
    210M primers,
    2209 @ 41.6gr,
    C.O.A.L 2.778"

As per norm, start with a lower charge weight if you decide to try!!!

Thank you for all the advise, the 120 i use if factory and its time for me to load have 100 cartridges now, Im new to reloading and dont know what that load is made up off and didnt want to buy lots of different powders projectiles etc> I just checked the packet of ammo I have and it doesnt have any reloading info like the one in the picture,
so I will try the load suggested with 140g interlocks Thank you all.
