grain to gram conversion for gunpowder

hi guys and girls, ordering some powder to make up some longrange rounds for my .308. im new to reloading and i am trying to work out how much powder i need. i need 100 rounds at 45grains. is this 2.915 grams times by 100 giving me 291.595grams total? so i would get 300 plus rounds out of 1kg powder? cheers

Or you could just put the numbers into Chrome and let Google do the work...... 100 grams = 1 543.23584 grains from the search term 100 grams to grains
