    Never been a fan of mono projectiles, but these look pretty encouraging.

    4 for 4 now. These 2 @ 184 and 120 yards. Both bang-flops (one was a head shot though).

    Will post a pic of shoulder entry wound tomorrow. These projectiles expand quickly and then penetrate well.

    Do you think that it should have exited, is that what you would of expected ? Did you measure the litres of bruised trim ?

    Yes I did think that it would have passed through, even going lengthwise like it was. Perhaps a heavier one would have. A Barnes TTSX would have probably, but then they don't do the damage that these do either and are less emphatic. Maybe the Hammers have a nice balance. Just conjecture though, but interesting.

    The damaged meat doesn't worry me much. Tissue displacement and trauma are a larger part of the quick death equation than so called "shock" in my book. Nothing is certain but its interesting mucking around with these bullets.
