    That 'silver' bullet (was .303) was a 'thought' that happened - not very bright .............

    But ........... if you approach the idea of making bullets, it's not an impossible thing. People were 'clothing' lead slugs with used .22ir cases years ago to shoot out of their .222's and so on.
    Those 'Hammer Hunter's' are a blend of copper, so you cut a blank from a piece of solid rod and squeeze it to shape - just like the company Ajax GKN did half a life time with mild and high tensile steel bolts. Might need to do it in stages .... probably .......
    You'll need a stamping machine, or you could go slower with hydraulic presses - the dies will be the thing and I'd probably go carbide for durability - and then you heat treat the buggers.

    Bit of thought there and money required - but it ain't impossible ...........
