help with .308 brass sizing in southland

    Hi you lot

I've recently bought a new 308 and have some lapua brass fired through a different rifle. The brass needs sizing to work with the new one (I'm just learning to reload and use relatively light loads and a lee loader)

would someone be able to size 50 cases? I'm based in Gore and work in Invercargill

    Cheers!

I can mate but I'm Rotorua. Do you not have a full length sizing die? Have you loaded one and tried it in the breach yet and no go?

I don't have a press at all unfortunately mate a Lee loader is just a primitive neck sizing set up, Will see if there's anyone else around these ways keen to help first but thanks for the offer!

Same here....I am a bit closer in Nelson but still miles away....best if you can to see it being done/do it yourself, someone local must reload the best caliber in the world surely!

Def the best all round calibre for NZ mixed conditions, so long as you use the right bullet for the animal/range.
Unfortunately too far from you in the 'Rapa.

I can full length resize it for you for free if thats of any help to you

Just send me the brass and include a self addressed postage bag.

Pack it tightly so it does not rattle.

    Pm for name & address

I'm still using my old neighbours press.. Still slowly accumulating all my own kit. Almost there @Gibo .. Just need press, case prep/trim tools and verniers to go...
