    Hmmmm. That sucks

Brought some of these thinking I got a sweet deal on TM. 300 for 90. Opened up the sealed box and found this! I knew to stay away from points but never new flat fmj be of concern.

    Watch the vid though.

yeah nah.....PERSONALLY I believe they would be fine..put one up against a primed case and have a look, and make up your own mind.
at worst, you load only two rounds....

I would almost suggest that somehow goes in every box.
Big flat points like that (or hollowpoints sorry) are the prequisite for tube mags
Bit like how when buying dies now even they have a warning about containing lead or some such.

Naughty list, is it like tracers?
I only posted as read a book written by Vietnam war veteran, he loved the idea of spraying more lead with each shot.
    I wouldn't really recommend it.
My experience of using .22 sabots in a 30-06 was disappointing.
Stick to the tried and proven.

Yeah, multi-projectile ammunition (apart from shotgun and rimfire loaded with shot) was banned the same time as tracers.

If you welded a .17 or .2 projectile into that hollow point, would it still be naughty?
