    Hodsons superperformance 308

    Has anybody tried superperformance in .308 barnes 130sp or 150 sp is what I have available they have 300wsm listed on the tub but no .308 also have more traditional. 308 powders 2206h and 2208 but wana try the superperformance

    Be a bit slow burning I would think. Never tried it though so not much help. I used cfe223 with heavier 308 to Good effect

    Cheers thought its be worth the ask as gold in 243 and 260 thought someone may have given it a nudge in .308

    Its used plenty in 30-06

    I can't get away from using that good cheeeap 760 at Belmont ammo down your way in 6creed and .260.

    The deeper I dig the more it seems I'm better of using it in the .270 and sticking with the 2208 or 2206h for the life of me I cant even picture where Belmont is none the less trying to use what iv got I'm picking rl26 is to slow aswell? Rl26? Edit rl17

    Yea to slow unless pushing 200gr, best in more overbore cartridges.

    Stick with 2206h, 3031 and 4895 or 2208 in the 308.

    Iv got 210vlds�� my last 16" 308 did a whopping 2372 with 180 sat I imagen the 210 will fall out the barrel

    Yea its wsm juice from what the container said I got abit for my.260 as a back up but have since sold 260 and trying to make use of it

    Excellent fodder for a 270! But probably wasted in a 308, no significant gains.

    Superformance has a burn rate similar to AR 2213 SC so will be to slow a burn for the 308. It does very well in 270 and 30 06 along with quite a few others. 2208 will be ok in 308 amongst others already mentioned.
