Thread: Hornady subsonic projectiles and ammunition

I had a notification of Hornadys new products this afternoon.
They are doing 30-30, 450 bushmaster and 45/70 subsonic ammunition, and class it as suitable for deer sized game.
And the 190gr 308 Sub-X projectile they have been using in 300 blackout ammunition will be available for reloading (though in the video they don't recommend using it in a 1:12 twist with a suppressor, unless you want your suppressor remodeled!).

In the video they said the sub projectile doesn't slow much, and something like a mv of 1050 it would still be doing 8-900fps several hundred yards downrange? I need to consult Dr Google on that one!
