If someone made a reticle with a true 1-2MOA centre dot, it would put a lot of expectations into perspective.
People who claim they have 1/2 to 1/4 MOA rifles are either benchrest world champions or don't understand statistics...
My Athlon has a .3 mil dot, and I just figure the shot - assuming a good wind call, is going to land somewhere under the area it covers. Seems to work really well.
