About to give some 9mm a go, how much powder for 124gr? Don't want wussy loads as will probably be used for turkeys.
I hate load development, I'm too impatient

What are you shooting it out of?

Arguing with an Engineer is like Wrestling a Pig in Mud.
After awhile you realise the Pig loves it.
A factory pistol load would be about what Banana said or a little hotter.
Not sure if pistol loads will be any good in an AR, might not cycle them too good.
Here's the ADI Reloading Data for rifle and pistol.

my factory and reloaded 9mm Ammo works a treat through both my pistol and carbine ,but I'm using 4.1 "titegroup" with 124g pill which meets my power factor for production 👍
Use ap50, or if you dont like cleaning, use vit n320, 4.0gns (cz would function on 3.2, glock min 3.4, but ar needed a bit warmer, and only wanted 1 load) oh and 124gn rusa projectiles.
The n320 also meters alot better through the dillon ALOT better, so alot quicker and consistant to load.
Please excuse spelling, as finger speed is sometimes behind brain spped........ Or maybe the other wayy.....
the lowest i had it was 2.8 grns ap50 .. in my glock/sig ... worked , but was a light load , but with my delicate wrists (thank you scumbag who drove into me) i cant handle too much full loads even of 9mm .... i reackon a decent one is anywhere from 3.5 up ...
