Hi team,im looking at getting into reloading,, my budget doesnt allow for dillon or rcbs, hornady kits seem to be out of stock, so my question is what are the lee presses like?
Any feedback greatly appreciated

I’ve got one, works fine.
I’m sure a more expensive press would be better made, but my Lee press does the job ok.
He nui to ngaromanga, he iti to putanga.
You depart with mighty boasts, but you come back having done little.
Sounds like a typical hunting trip !
I have one they are awesome value for money
Shot this 3 shot group at 3 hundred metres with my 270wsm built the bullets on a lee anniversary press

Awsome, i was just a bit concerned that compaired to other kits the lee set up is a fair bit easier on the wallet and maybe not as good of standard
I have had mine for 9 years reloaded a lot of ammunition a lot works well especially for the money
I have been using a second-hand lee press for about two and half years. Bought of the forum and I am very happy with it. Is it the best press - not at all, but you can load good quality ammo with very low SD/ES.
Initially I only used Lee dies with it as well, but upgraded to RCBS full body and micrometer seater die. The Lee ones worked fine, but once you want to really get more into controlling seating depths and specific neck tensions, then a better die set makes your life easier.
Many other things that I will upgrade first or invest in before upgrading my Lee press (better brass, better brass prep station, better annealing machine, etc)
Go for it!

What you see, is what you get!
I have it, two of my mates have it and we have all used them for years. Great value for money.
Ive been using lee press for 25 years without issues..... and like the lee dies and the lee balance bean scale......like many things in life they just work.... not a huge fan of the quick release sytem on modern die sets....would be inclined to just leave that bit in place and screw in as folks have done for generations....
simple means less to go wrong.
@Hbwanderer i've got the lee anniversary press (only have small primer arm), 1x bushing, powder thrower, scales and a lyman trickler that i no longer use.....$125 + courier if you're interested.
