    Lee easy trim mistake

So I did a bit of a boo-boo yesterday while trimming up some 7x57 brass.
Had done some load work and wrote the load on some sticky tape and stuck this on the rounds in question. Cool idea I thought…..yeah in cool weather or only if you go straight out and shoot them.
The tape left some residue on the brass and which then snagged up on the O ring which then ripped it right out the die body.
Anyone happen to know the size of this O ring? Yes yes get your callipers out….I would but it needs to fit inside the little grove. Anyway just thought I’d ask here just in case someone may know the answer.
    Cheers

Mmmm, can't help with O ring but good to know. I write on my brass with a black fine tip laundry marker. Nice and clear. Cleans off when I clean the brass

I know a lot but it seems less every day...

Due to the exorbitant cost of reloading components, warning shots will not be given.

Yeah be doing that next time, with the pen. It was not a lot but it really stuffed it.
Thought I had it sussed with a 10mm x 2mm but thats not worked. might have to try and get a 11mm one.

    Our email Lee.....

That might be the better idea.

I see that the new ones dont have the O ring any more.

The US uses a system which is different to Imperial or UK units. Increasingly, metric SI units are being used. The US Government has adopted a metric national survey grid and NASA works in metric. Much of the manufactured goods in the US are imported from countries that have adopted SI metric last century as we did in 1975. In short it is a shambles.
