Lemon juice in an ultrasonic cleaner

I was prepping another batch of brass the other night. I normally use white vinegar in the ultrasonic cleaner, but had run out of it. What I did have was plenty of lemons, so I thought I'd give lemon juice a go. Wow, it did a fantastic job. Juice of 2 lemons to about 2 cups of water and a drop of dishwashing liquid. Any issues with using it on brass regularly? I gave it a good rinse and then a soak in some bicarbonate of soda to neutralise any residual acid as I do for the vinegar solution.

I run a wet tumbler and use hot water with a splash of dish washing detergent and half a tea spoon of citric acid.

Generally I use dishwasher granules from the supermarket and they go well but when I was in the US pre covid I bought a couple of bottles of “lemi sip” which is the American equivalent that reloaders use in their wet tumblers over there but I’m getting a little low in stock, I found it goes better than the NZ equivalent.

Thanks to @flock I see that link so I bought a kg of citric so I’ll give that a whirl in the tumbler and see how that goes
