All I do is neck size and slightly brush the shoulder of the fired cases if they need it, then run them all through the rifle to make sure they chamber - Ackleys dont stretch.
Please check a fired case by priming it without sizing and testing if the primer fires

Okay Ill run a few rounds with fire cases and see where that gets me. Did this eliminate the issue or do you still have a few cases misfire? Also how often are you pushing back your shoulder?
