@Howa1500 I've been using the 747 powder with 55gr pills and started my work up based on the information available on the Belmont website. That link provided by @micky_Duck above is the place to start.
I also pulled some of the Belmont factory .223 ammo apart and weighed their charges before I loaded up my own... just to double check their figures. I found their charges were quite consistent with a deviation of around 0.2 grains. After starting low and making small changes I finally settled on 26.6 grains of 747 powder using CCI primers and 55gr Hornady SP pills. The chrono gives me an average of 2970 fps from a 20" barrel (suppressed) whereas the factory rounds were a little faster, closer to 3100 fps. I don't recall what the factory charge average was (I would need to check my book) but I think it was around 26.8 grains. You would need to check yourself.
To my disgust my sons' Tikka loves these loads and as you'd expect from a Tikka it will typically have three rounds touching at 100m. The rounds go well in my .223 and once upon a time performance was excellent in the AR15 I ran on them.
