On the lands as recommended, mine was a 595 tho which I think has a longer mag than the t3?
using 2208 which in theory is a bit fast for 95gr but accuracy was exceptional, I ran at max as accuracy was still under half moa and I would rather have the energy than 1/4 moa accuracy in a hunting rifle.
well went out today , had around 3to4 km breeze first load went .8+moa .030 off and the second whent .5984moa (4.7") .010 jam so a bit more tuning to do but if thats all it will do
i'm happy with it
edit this was at 750y
I don't have access to a chrony, but what sort of speed would I expect to get from my 243 running a 20.5 inch barrel, Load is 44.2grains ADI 2209, 90grain speer Hot- Cor, CCI primers. It has around 3.5- 4inch drop from 100 to 200m
So I emailed Speer and asked them if they have stopped production of the 80 grain Hot-cor, I also asked if it was the same pill as used in the Federal Power Shok
The reply -
'Scott: close, not exactly, Federal spec's a cannelure on the bullet for their use.'
