About LinkBackscheers, In other rifles I've found the slower powders better results. In the 300wsm I want to run pills in 160 - 180 gn range - 165 Speer, 165 SST, 165 Partitions (not for long range) & then 178 AMAX or 180 Bergers or AB's. Really interested in any experience comparing double base powders RL17, 19 or 22 vs ADI or IMR etc (single base). With the short action wsm cartridge I was wondering if the double base gives better numbers ?
