Thread: Lyman gen 6 or rcbs lite

Chargemaster Lite is a much better unit, biffed my Lyman gen 6 in the bin.

Lyman was ok to start with but then kept throwing wrong charges and I wasted a heap of time, powder, projectiles and thought my barrel must be rooted on rifle before I figured out what it was.
Sent back to NZ distributor through retailer(who was good). NZ distributer said nothing wrong with it, sent back and said as over 1 year didn't come under warranty anyway. I was happy to pay to get it fixed but couldn't as they just weren't interested and didn' t want to know about it

Unit still looked mint and was tempted to chuck on Tarde Me but thought be a shit thing to do after all frustration so reluctantly chucked expensive junk in the bin.

Chargemaster have had no issues at all and after being paranoid from issues I'm constantly checking but it has worked perfectly every time without missing a beat.
