The differences make me wonder about the timeing of the photo and or the frame rate of the video if it was fast enough to capture each at their biggest?

If you look at the fed 205 it looks tiny but to me it looks like a very clean hot flame like getting a perfect neutral oxy acetylene flame vs some of the bigger ones that spray out lots but dont "look" to be as hot or clean a flame.

I have no way of knowing eiher way just how it appears to my eye.
