I would agree with the above. I do prefer Mil Dot, but what is the most important is you know how your system works inside out and it works for you.

One thing that is important is that the radicle and scope adjustments are the same ie mil/mil or moa/moa, it can be a pain if they are different.

That's good and well but not really a hard thing to learn. Much easier than going the other way. And then your proficient at both.
