Will need to ensure the headspace in the rifle is correct before you get to carried away blaming the factory ammo.

I have only had one misfire with centrefire ammo, was Remington .30-30, cocked the hammer and pulled the trigger several times but no bang. I wasn't keen on putting it in my pocket or pack so it's in the bottom of a swamp in the Kaimais.

I used to use Winchester PowerPoint in my .270. Probably put 140 rounds of same ammo through it and never any issues. Had 2 misfires same as you described both times while aiming at animals. Not sure if from same box. Changed ammo and no issues so far. No idea what caused it but didn't want to have a third.

I had a similar thing with Barnaul 308 ammo. Had half a dozen from a pack that wouldn't go bang, the other half dozen I tried did. Got rifle headspace checked and it was fine, primers had a good dent, firing pin sticking out the right amount. Changed ammo, never had any more problems.

Take them back to where you bought them from. Demand a refund while feinting throwing the box of misfired ammo at the store clerk. This technique is known as “calling someone’s bluff”.

Might get a better result by asking nicely first

I had this problem with Hornady 223 many years ago. It turned out to be a primer only load! Returned the rest of the box to the supplier and received a new box.

hornady black 223 had 45 out of 150 miss fire put through 4 different rifles, gave the rest away. The person who got them had similar rates of failure
