I would argue that ammunition made that way is still on par with some factory fodder out there....by weighing your charge you can improve speed somewhat as the scooped charge will be middle of the road charge weight wise.....
7mm Rem Mag me old mate....dont panic,when saw it I waas thinking @dannyb would still be weighing his first powder charge out LOL.

Why weigh the first if you're not weighing any of the subsequent ones ? ��
