    2206 and 2208 used to cost me about $35 a pound in the early 90s.
    Even though it's unopened it may have gone off, so I would make any offer "subject to inspection". I think it was on the ADI website where I read that any corrosion inside the tin, or a vinegar smell are signs the powder is no good.
