I got the data of @sneeze and worked up a load. Never tried any ADI powders.
The load he recommended just worked.

It spikes close to max load in my experience. It is faster than ADI in most other chamberings I have tried it in.

N560 big gains on ADI in 280 and 6.5x55 without the same pressures...like 150-200fps
Have heard it's quite hard on throat erosion
    Very accurate

I am using it in a 280, with molycoated 162 Amaxes. During load testing saw 3040, but best accuracy is 2890 fps.

I have. Didn't go as well as it did in my 6.5-06.

Superperformance, RL-17 and 2209 all went better in my rifle.

I used to be fascinated with speed, but found that an extra few clicks on either turret with an accurate rifle is a lot more facinating😆

interested to hear more about Superformance in 6.5 06. Tell me more ? I've tried using 2209, 2213sc,RL 19 and 2217 in 6.5 06AI. Got best results with 2217 0.5 moa or better but speed 2750 - 2800 fps with 140 AMAX or 140 gn partitions. Would like to get 2900+ ? Hard to find published load data with Superformance but burn rate seems to be close to 2217 ?

What length barrel on your 06? Seems slow?
N560 for the 06 they never had superperformance when I had mine.

I still load for a mates one. He has a standard 6.5-06 in 24" doing 3100 comfortably with N560 and 130 gr scirocco.

interested in the 280 reply also.
I have light weight (6lb) 280AI built on REM700 action w 24in bbl. Load dev with RL22 also got velocity close to 3000 fps with 162AMAXs but accuracy sweet spot (0.3 moa) was 2850 fps. More than happy with that for anything out to 800 yards.

Scope is VX6 2-12x44 firedot reticle.
Running 162 AMAXs with RL22 at 2850 fps.
Kicks like a 3 legged ninja without the brake.
ANTSMAN, Echo and Mathias like this.
