Ah yes, .291 would be ideal I think. I had a .294 that was ok for the first two firings then it wasn't enough so I got .292 which was fine in the time I used it.

.294 loaded and I have .292 not .291 in mine also like tahr bound.
I'm running f/l neck buying die with tiN bushing no expander ball in just plain decaying rod

I have .287-.293 The smaller ones come in handy if you need to neck turn.
Most 6.5 necks should be .294-.295 loaded.
I reckon unless your a tight ass, trying to save neck damaged brass, why you would worry about using an expander anyway. Haven't used one for years other than initial brass prep in any cal as it is the first culprit that provides runout problems.
Shouldn't need much in the way of lube other than some graphite powder for neck sizing with standard redding bushings anyway.
I generally don't lube at all for neck sizing and don't have any cases that go over .2 runout. Most are 0-.1

I'm getting FL dies with neck bushings so will still need to lube the body
I have F/L dies with standard bushings and do not use any lube at all unless I want to bump the shoulder or use the body die after around 5-6 loads.

Oh cool. I haven't used the FL bushing dies before. Hope to speed up the process with less/no lubing.

If you want the flash titanium bits all good but you don't need them IMO to get a top quality load without lube.
