    I would start with a Lee 50th kit, at $249.

    Gunsmithing &Reloading Tools - Lee Breech Lock Press 50th Anniversary Kit, Presses

    and a die set, I cant find Lee in 7mm08 so lyman?

    Gunsmithing &Reloading Tools - Lyman Full Length + Seater Die Set, Dies

    and ADI powder

    and a Lee or similar loading manual.
