    New baby for me

    The new edition to the family Tikka t3 6.5x55, pick up tomorrow if the gunsmith gets thread and bolt done.
    My question is I have new norma brass, sierra 140gn sbt and adi2209 powder,
    Do I put brass through resizing die before loading. And any ideas on a load for me to start with. Thanks
