Thread: New Brass - do you full length size it?

Well .223 brass adi and lapua, the headspace and trim lengths are pretty much bang on for book spec and my chamber. I just check to know the brass will chamber and trim length check for safety. So far it's always good. I just load it. Never had to trim new brass.
I'm not sure how much it grows, no more than normal.
I trim every load anyway to have the cases all a constant length, not trimming to book spec though.
I don't know if this is right or wrong. But I don't see the point in sizing it if there already the size I want. They shoot as good as any other load.
