When sized do they then chamber and extract fine or still sticky?

Another thing it could be is the base of the brass expanding and the die not being small enough to pull it in.
Can happen with tight chambers and might explain why different brass was fine. ( said brass maybe thicker in the web and not expanding out when fired)

If it is the above there is no easy solutions.
Make a small base die out of a fl die.
Use brass of small base and thick web dimensions only.
Polish out rear of chamber larger.

I'd be going back to the point of sale for a start seeing as its a new factory rifle.
