How old is the ammo?, Old ammo can fuse the projectile to the brass, causing high pressure, split necks, bumping a projectile in the case, to break the fusing between brass and jacket, is a good idea on very old ammo,
Most of the time I've had trouble, we are talking a couple decades or more.
