Thread: Nosler28 loads 180ELDMs with RL33

Started some load D on N28, running 180 ELDMs .... initial ladder went up to 88 gns RL33, pressure and bolt lift good. Then went 88 - 89.7gns .... pressure & bolt lift still ok.
89.3 - 89.7 looks promising with shots almost touching and speed north of 3200 fps. Need to run some 3-5 shot grps to confirm sweet spot.
Book max I can find seems to be around 85 -86gns. (175 gn pill = 88gn max, and 185gn pill = 85 gn max).
Anyone got any insights or experience on realistic safe max loads ? (1:9 twist)
