    Old RWS Primers

Do primers become less useable due to age?

I ask as I was given a lot of RWS primers but I am unsure of thier age so was not sure whether it was worth even using them?

Try some at the range but if you don't want them I have a home for them

RWS primers (Sinoxid???) In the 250 count boxes used to be of high quality. If they have been well stored they shouldn't be any different to any brand of old primer.

Yes that's them. I suppose I could try them out during load development and see how they go. It would be a pity to not use them as I have 750.

I have been working my way through about 1500 old CCI 200 LR primers that are over 25years old for the past couple of years. Not a single missfire, and very good results on psper down range. If they have been stored well and look fine, I say use them up and have fun doing it.
