I've had a Lee kit for over 20 years. And I reload for the 7mm 08.

Bottom line - whilst its cheap, it goes bang every time and seems to produce pretty accurate and consistent rounds.

Make sure to get the case trimmer, and I'd also recommend some digital calipers - not that expensive from a hardware store.

    It's a truckload of fun!

They are great, loaded good ammo out of my and my mates one.
Would recommend digital calipers also, have not used the trimmer though.

Just don't use the beam scales, they are horrible to use, i bought some second hand Ohaus scales and they're 100 times better.

Wife got me one for Xmas, got some dies and as said calipers and you are away. First attempt I loaded three different charges for my 308 and all three charges were very accurate.
Some people rubbish the scales but for me and the amount of ammo I load at a time say 20 rounds its not too tedious.
I am going to get a better pocket primer cleaner though as the one in my kit doesn't do a good enough job.

    Recommended in my humble opinion.

    Have fun.

Good to start with, but a slippery slope. I'll just upgrade the .... And before you know it, you'll be accumulating all sorts of things

Great piece of kit, bought a few extras along the way to make things easier. Never bothered with the lee beam scales just used some hornady electronic scales until I picked up a 2nd hand Ohaus 1010 for $60. Loaded around 2000rnds in the first year in three different calibres. Have developed far better accuracy than buying off the shelf.

Good to see some positive reviews for it because I've been looking at getting into reloading and this is one of the options I'm looking at

Good enough and Lee dies are excellent.
