Thread: PMC .223

I see Belmont ammunition were doing a good deal on PMC .223 55gr PSP ammunition at the Shot Expo last weekend.
Has anyone used this ammo and what sort of results did they get?
We are looking at maybe getting some for shooting wallabies and rabbits.
Also is the brass OK for reloading?

I have run it through my Howa 1500 .223
only used it on paper but was happy with the accuracy for the $ spent

chronied at 3000 fps out of a 20 inch barrel

Target shot at 100m NZDA CHC

I ran some through my 1:12 T3.
Did not go well.

Same as @spada run it in my how m1500 and it's great

Have shot some over the years and it works fine, brass is good for reloading.

@Steve123, 1:12 might be a bit slow for it. try 40-50gr projectiles

I was using 55's. Hornady and Winchester 55's went like lasers and Am. Eagle 62 went one hole for 5 so I think my 223 tikka just didn't like it.
Not too fussed on other PMC calibers either.
