    It's supposed to be as close to service ammunition as possible but for club days and most shoots it's what ever you can get your hands on really.
    For national competition it's a bit more stringent but generally as long as it's the spirit of service specifications e.g no down loading then it's normal ok.

    It's price and availability that normally drives what people use for club shoots.

    Anything goes at the moment. At Nationals the bullet choice is not being scrutinized because everyone understands the lack of supply. I doubt it will ever revert back to the way it was before.
