These premium quality loads combine the PCP Ammunition patented polymer case design with legendary 168 grain Sierra® MatchKing® Boat-tail bullet with. Our unparalleled manufacturing process control and next generation quality inspection technology result in outstanding consistency and quality.

Years of research and development have resulted in this truly revolutionary product. Brass cases have been the standard for nearly 180 years. Now PCP Ammunition is introducing you to something different. Not just different to be different. Something different to be better!

What make our polymer cased ammunition better?

PCP Ammunition’s polymer case design lightens the case by 50% when compared to brass cases and lightens the entire load by 30%.

Polymer is more ductile than brass allowing for a fully sealed chamber resulting in more consistent velocities.

Polymer acts as a heat insulator rather than a heat conductor resulting in lower chamber temperatures.

Polymer cases don’t require crimping. Therefore the opportunity to deform the projectile is eliminated. The un-crimped neck of our polymer cases allow for cleaner release of the projectile which yields better accuracy.

Polymer cases are manufacturing process allows for tighter manufacturing tolerances creating a more consistent case. Brass cases contain inconsistencies in neck wall thickness which can effect projectile flight.

Polymer cases significantly reduce chamber wear when compared to brass as polymer as much less abrasive than brass.

Our Patented 3 piece case design provides optimized physical properties in different areas of the case. This design allows the case expansion to be controlled with specifically formulated polymers in different areas of the case. Similar expansion properties are yielded via the annealing brass cases, however annealing process is not nearly as accurate nor as repeatable as purpose engineered polymer.

Thought it was an interesting concept. An article/review is here.
