Buy a plane ticket to the States and bring it back! and Ill give you a list of the brass you can bring back for me! Pisses me off that shotgun brass is no problem, rifle and pistol is a no go.Good luck

and if US customs catches him he'll be making number plates for a few years and if he has a cute ass, could start to walk funny.

As banana says, the registered exporter will want $100US+ as a minimum charge I would think if not more they seem to charge like a wounded bull, let us know how it goes. Your mate maybe better off selling it on ebay for you (if he can?) and getting the brass via reloaders international who only charge 10% for the permit work.
