I have never had much luck with the 6.5-06's I've had (2) but I do know of good ones, hence following this with interest . . . and since you asked @Micky Duck

Bullet : .264, 140, Hornady A-MAX 26332
Useable Case Capaci: 61.183 grain H2O = 3.973 cm³
Cartridge O.A.L. L6: 3.340 inch = 84.84 mm
Barrel Length : 23.5 inch = 596.9 mm
Powder : Winchester 760
