You are right, it is the same thing. I sent ADI an email to ask about it a while ago and they replied with the following:

“Thank you for your enquiry with regard to reloading using ADI Sporting
powders.
ADI Powders are distributed exclusively in North America by the Hodgdon Powder
Company. Please find attached a list of the ADI Powders which the Hodgdon Powder
Company do distribute and the tradenames under which they are marketed.
As you can see AR2209 and H4350 are identical.
