    Not a lot of experience with most powders but these two cover a wide range. I use AR2208 for 30.06 and 223. Very versatile stuff.

    AR2206H - 47.0gn/3298fps/4700CUP - 50.0gn/3401fps/50200CUP

    AR2208 - 48.0gn/3232fps/47000CUP - 52.0gn/3397fps/50200CUP
