My first hurdle is to get them to reply to my email. I'd ring them but no phone number on their site.
The probably ignore me based on my IP address.

ill just use VPN to pretend to be in USA and ship to a mate in USA who is about a hours drive from me

There is the other guy supplying them (different to the outfit who don't like me), his name is Piet IIRC. His website was all good except the notice about no international sales.
