I think I'll go for the Frankford arsenal.
The RCBS looks like a huge pain to swap between SRP and LRP, changing shell holders doesn't look like an issue.

There are mixed views on the Lee auto bench, not sure I can be bothered with another finicky Lee product.

Changing from small to large is faark all with the RCBS. Maybe 60sec for me to change. I don't have the universal one so have to have the RCBS shell holders though
