I only load ammo I use in bulk (pistol, .223 AR) on a progressive. All my hunting/LR ammo I load on a single stage. Powder thrower can vary a little bit (.1-.2 grn) depending on powder so it is not what I want for accurate ammo at distance.
I use a Hornady lock n load.
Purchase price is around the same as a Dillon but it is way easier and way cheaper to change caliber.
Very solidly built press.
All you require to change caliber is a shell plate ($70)
And set the thrower up for case length.
