    If using a hammer type puller, put a patch or ear plug into the end and you wont damage the tips.

    No problem reusing pulled bullets. As above, they must be undamaged.
    I pulled some 270 cal ELD-X 130 gn bullets once that suffered damage wanted to see how they shot compared to perfect bullets. All the damaged ones shot erratically so now anything hurt while pulling goes into the fouler pile.

    Cheers I use the hornady collet type that goes in your press and doesn’t damage them.
