    Re-loading 'found' brass

I always pick up any brass I see when out on a hunt - cleaned up I've made fishing lures and other items from it. They even work.

I'm currently accumulating my own spent .308 brass, and will have them reloaded (local gunsmith) when I have 50 (his minimum quantity). (I use Federal 150gn in my T3)

My question is this:where I pick up tidy-looking .308 brass (varying brands obviously) - is it wise to throw in with my own brass and have this re-loaded for my rifle - ie where it didn't come from my rifle's chamber?.

Or would I be safest to have my own brass only reloaded?

I'm un-likely to start reloading myself - your advice would be appreciated.

    many thanks!

    Si
