I have the Lyman equiv
To be honest, saves little time in my opinion.
Time saved is screwing out die and another back in.
Lockrings can be done up so die is pre set, so it really negates that
You 'could' load 1 round start to finish at a time, but you'd prob loose time with turning the head for each stage.
If you load 2 calibers only then you could leave dies setup.
Both the Lyman and the Redding so have a nice leverage ratio - both alot better than my single stage Boss
