About LinkBacksMy standard load for Hornady 150gr is 44gr of AR2208, I was getting sticky bolt lift and riveted primers with 45gr. Start low, as others have said. I load quite a few with 150 and 170gr flatnose projectiles (30-30 type), devastating on goats as they are designed to mushroom at slower speeds (400-500fps slower).
