Belmont action pistol is another good powder for 9mm and at $55 for 500gms it good value for money too.

Combine that with Rusa's 124gr round nose projectiles and you'll be a A grade shooter in no time.

I currently use federal SP primers mostly because I have lots of them

    Cheers

Arguing with an Engineer is like Wrestling a Pig in Mud.

After awhile you realise the Pig loves it.

    What he said.

The Frontier 124grain CMJ bullets from Rusa and Belmont Action Pistol (Use the data on Belmont's website or the same data as Winchester Action Pistol) and whatever primers you can get in bulk.

Minimum power factor for IPSC is 125. That's 1008fps for a 124 grain bullet. You want a power factor of around 130 -135 which is 1050 - 1090fps.

Remember, power factor is the absolute minimum. Not a target.

Don't be like the guy who turned up at the IPSC Nationals, didn't make power factor on the chronograph stage and got a zero score for the whole competition. As did his wife.
